We are a 32yo couple, both working full-time. Our flatmates are all professionals in their late 20’s/early 30's. All non-smokers. It's quite an international house. Within the last 3 years, we had flatmates from Estonia, Mexico,Canada, France, South Africa, Denmark, Czech Republic, Germany, etc. We are more into sport and outdoor activities but always happy to share a glass of wine, a dinner or a bbq all together.1 minute walk to the shore (great walk along Manukau Harbour with nice view and picnic areas, perfect to relax after a day at work).2 minutes to reach the Motorway5 minutes drive to Manukau Shopping Centre&Cinema5 minutes drive to the Indoor Swimming-Pool15 minutes walk to Train Station15 minutes drive to the Airport25 minutes drive to Auckland City Centre outside the rush hoursBus stop almost in front of the house. There is a bus every 30 minutes from 6am to 7pm which goes to Manukau Shopping Centre and Manurewa Train Station. Trains run every 10-15 minutes at the rush hours.We all love this house and it must be kept clean and tidy. We also have a nice garden with a bbq and a ping-pong table ;) We usually cook separately but randomly share a dinner all together. New ventilation installed so the house is warm and dry during the winter. The house is normally pretty quiet from 10pm.
